Kurv Industrial Expands into Dallas Market,
Appoints Greer Oxford as Market Officer, Dallas
The firm targets development and value-add opportunities in one of the nation’s
largest logistics hubs
CHICAGO, IL (Apr. 7, 2026) Kurv Industrial formerly known as Bridge Industrial, a private, vertically integrated industrial real estate investment and operating firm, today announced its expansion into the Dallas industrial and logistics market. On the heels of its rebrand to Kurv Industrial, the move marks a strategic step in the firm’s continued growth as it brings its proven track record of sourcing, developing, and operating high-quality infill industrial assets to one of the nation’s most dynamic industrial regions.
Kurv focuses on gateway markets with dense population bases where durable barriers to entry structurally limit new supply, resulting in sustained tenant demand and persistent capital underallocation. Within this framework, the firm’s expansion into Dallas reflects a deliberate and strategic decision to expand into a nationally significant industrial hub that complements and strengthens its core investment strategy.
To further its goals within the market, Kurv Industrial has appointed Greer Oxford as Market Officer, Dallas. Oxford brings over sixteen years of experience sourcing, underwriting, and executing industrial acquisitions and developments across major U.S. markets. He will be based in Dallas and will oversee market strategy and portfolio growth in his new role.
Prior to joining Kurv, Oxford spent six years at Nuveen Real Estate as a Senior Director overseeing investment initiatives across ten central U.S. markets, while managing acquisitions and joint-venture developments that expanded Nuveen’s portfolio. Prior to Nuveen Real Estate, he was Vice President at Colony Capital where he led industrial development initiatives focused on sourcing and structuring joint-venture projects, and Senior Associate at Hillwood where he supported the acquisition, disposition, and joint-venture development of industrial assets across Texas and Western U.S. markets. He holds a degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
“Entering the Dallas industrial market is an exciting next step in the evolution of our firm,” said Steve Poulos, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kurv Industrial. “Dallas is a market where strong population trends, critical logistics infrastructure, and durable demand drivers align with our investment strategy. As we expand into the region, we see a compelling opportunity to build a strong and lasting presence. We are confident that Greer’s understanding of the local market, along with his experience sourcing acquisition opportunities and deploying capital strategically, will help us build a high-quality portfolio.”
“I’m excited to lead Kurv Industrial’s launch into the Dallas market,” said Greer Oxford, Market Officer, Dallas, Kurv Industrial. “Dallas offers a unique combination of scale, connectivity, and sustained demand drivers that align closely with Kurv’s focus on high-barrier industrial markets. This is an opportune time to establish a strong foundation, and I look forward to leveraging our disciplined investment approach to build momentum and create lasting value in this dynamic market.”
